As a person, you will need to love you first, before you can take care of another person.

Everyone needs to feel special.  Here are some tips to feeling special and relaxing after a long day.  This is for people with jobs and stay at home parents.

  • Stop by a grocery store and purchase yourself some flowers.  I do not know anyone that doesn’t like flowers.

  • Light some candles in the bathroom.
  • Run yourself a bath.

  • Add some epsom salt to the water to relax your muscles.

  • Pour yourself a glass of water.

After these steps, you should feel relaxed and ready to conquer the rest of the night alone or with family.
