Alexander&#8217;s Restaurant (Bistro Drive)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I picked this restaurant because it had good reviews and they had chicken fingers on the menu.\u00a0 I orders some chicken and chicken tenders for my daughter.\u00a0 The restaurant was very nice.\u00a0 The food was delicious.\u00a0 My daughter had more cake and a candle for her birthday meal.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Another Broken Egg Cafe (West Deer Lake Drive)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We ate at Another Broken Egg for breakfast.\u00a0 I chose this restaurant because we have it in Atlanta, GA.\u00a0 The food is always good.\u00a0 We picked up our food to go.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-741\" src=\"https:\/\/telljannel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/20180908_085929-e1540495366558-169x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"169\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/telljannel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/20180908_085929-e1540495366558-169x300.jpg 169w, https:\/\/telljannel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/20180908_085929-e1540495366558-576x1024.jpg 576w, https:\/\/telljannel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/20180908_085929-e1540495366558.jpg 590w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 169px) 100vw, 169px\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Beach<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oceanfront Park (1st Street South)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I chose this beach because the hotel staff at the front desk recommended it.\u00a0 I am glad we went to this one.\u00a0 The parking was free.\u00a0 There was a restroom right next to the parking lot.\u00a0 When you are potty training, you will need a restroom close by.\u00a0 My daughter enjoyed playing in the sand and running round on this beach.\u00a0 We actually went back, when we visited Jacksonville the second time in September with my husband.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-682\" src=\"https:\/\/telljannel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/20180922_171641-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" srcset=\"https:\/\/telljannel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/20180922_171641-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/telljannel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/20180922_171641-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/telljannel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/20180922_171641-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/telljannel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/20180922_171641.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-704\" src=\"https:\/\/telljannel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/20180922_171537-1-e1540309278252-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/telljannel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/20180922_171537-1-e1540309278252-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/telljannel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/20180922_171537-1-e1540309278252.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Second Trip to Jacksonville, FL in September<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hotel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Omni Jacksonville Hotel (Water Street Jacksonville)<\/p>\n<p>We picked this hotel off of Kayak.\u00a0 We enjoyed the hotel.\u00a0 It was nice and clean.\u00a0 We had to pay for parking.\u00a0 Most hotels that are located downtown charge a fee for parking.\u00a0 There was not a microwave available in the room.\u00a0 We still enjoyed our stay at the Omni.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Restaurants<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Firebirds Wood Fire Grill (Town Center Parkway)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The salad with chicken was delicious.\u00a0 My daughter enjoyed her chicken fingers.\u00a0 I believe my husband had a hamburger.\u00a0 He said it was tasty.\u00a0 We had lunch her before we went to the beach.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First Watch (Riverside Ave, Downtown FL)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We had breakfast at First Watch.\u00a0 The food was pretty good.\u00a0 I felt like there was little bit of a wait for the food we ordered.\u00a0 It was good for breakfast.<\/p>\n<p>Overall, I have to say, I really enjoy my trips to Jacksonville, FL from Atlanta, GA.\u00a0 The people are very friendly.\u00a0 The hotels are always at a great price.\u00a0 The beach is always lovely regardless if it is a rain or sunshine day.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Welcome to Tell Jannel.
