Sleep- A person’s body needs 7 to 9 hours of sleep a day. If you do not rest, your brain does not rest. When you are tired, you are less likely to workout longer and most likely to make unhealthy food choices.
Water- Your body needs water for your organs to function properly. Water helps your muscles perform more efficiently. It cleans the toxins out your kidneys. According to many studies a person should drink half their body or more of water a day to lose weight. If you drink two cups of water before every meal, you will most likely eat less. This would help with weight loss.
Exercise- Some Cardio Exercises- elliptical, running, walking, jump rope, and stairs. If you complete a cardio workout for 15-20 minutes a day. It will aid in your weight loss and give you more energy throughout the day.
Green Tea- Adding green tea to your diet can assist in weight loss. According to many studies green tea is beneficial for the caffeine and flavonoids. They increase the metabolic rate in the body, improve insulin activity, and assists in breaking down fat.
Citrus Fruit- Eating citrus fruits help reduce bloating and inflammation. Citrus fruits are high in fiber, so these fruits make you feel less hungry. They are high in vitamin C, which will boost your immune system. Citrus fruits are also low in calories. This will assist in your weight loss.
